Reviewing and correcting your learnings

Everything Transcript learns from your conversations is written down where you can see it: the My learnings page. You get the final say on what is accurate.

What a learning is

A learning is one short observation Transcript has drawn from something you said. Every learning comes with the quote from your own words that it is based on, so you can always check the source.

For example:

Invoice approvals regularly wait on a single signatory.

"if Peter is travelling, invoices just sit there until he gets back, sometimes a week or more"

When learnings appear

Learnings start appearing after your first few conversation exchanges. If the page says "No learnings yet," have a conversation first and check back.

Reviewing your learnings

Open My learnings from the sidebar. Learnings are grouped by topic, and you can filter by category using the chips at the top or view everything at once with All.

Click any learning to expand it and see the quote it came from. Then tell Transcript whether it got it right:

Challenging a learning

Click Not quite and Transcript takes you back to the conversation with the learning already queued up. Send the message, and Transcript asks you a follow-up so you can explain what it misunderstood. The learning gets corrected based on what you say.

You are never stuck with a wrong observation. If Transcript captured something inaccurate, two clicks and a sentence fixes it.

Why reviewing matters

Your learnings feed into your company's operational review. Confirming the accurate ones and correcting the wrong ones means the review reflects reality, and the problems that get fixed are the real ones. Five minutes of review makes your input count.
