What is Transcript and why has my company asked me to use it?

Your company is running an operational review with Lightbloom, and Transcript is the tool that makes sure your experience is part of it.

Transcript is a private, chat-based interview. Instead of filling in a survey or sitting through a workshop, you have short conversations with an AI interviewer about how you actually work: your day, your tools, the people you depend on, and the things that slow you down.

Why it exists

Most operational reviews only hear from management. That misses the detail that matters: the workaround everyone uses, the report nobody reads, the approval step that takes three days for no reason. Transcript exists to surface those things directly from the people who live them.

There are no right answers. You are the expert on your own work, and that is exactly what Transcript wants to learn about.

What is expected of you

What happens with what you share

Your conversations are private. Your manager never sees what you say, only overall patterns across the company, like how many people have participated. Everything Transcript learns from you is visible to you on the My learnings page, and you can correct anything it got wrong.
